How long does moderation take?
Moderation usually takes 1 to 3 business days. If platforms request clarification, we’ll explain what needs to be corrected.
Can I replace a track after release?
Yes, but replacement depends on the type of change and platform requirements. Most corrections can be made through your account or by contacting support.
Can I release cover songs?
Yes, if you have permission from the rights holder or another lawful basis to use the work.

Who owns the rights?
The artist retains 100% of the rights. MINERALNAYA helps with publishing, technical matters, reports and ongoing support.
Is there an exclusivity requirement?
No. We do not take exclusive rights or limit your choice of partners.
Can I remove a release?
Yes. You can request removal from platforms through your account or by contacting support.
Who is responsible for copyright?
The release owner remains responsible for the rights to the music, lyrics, samples and artwork. We help with technical checks and avoiding common mistakes.
Do you offer Content ID?
Yes, when needed, a release can be enrolled in Content ID for monetization and content protection on YouTube and other platforms.
Can Content ID be disabled?
Yes. Content ID can be enabled or disabled for individual releases where available for your content type.

Payouts are made quarterly after reports from music platforms have been received and processed.
How do I receive my money?

Is there a minimum payout threshold?
Yes, the minimum threshold is shown in your account and depends on the chosen payout method.
Do I need to be self-employed, a sole trader or a company?
No, you can work with us as an individual. If you are registered as self-employed, a sole trader or a company, you can use that status too.
Can I change my payout details?
Yes, you can update payment details in your account. Before a payout, make sure they are correct.
Can labels work with you?
Yes. The platform suits artists, labels, producers and teams managing multiple projects.
Can I manage multiple artists?
Yes, a single account can manage multiple artists, releases and catalogues.
What happens if there is a strike or complaint?
We’ll notify you and help resolve it. If the rights are confirmed, the release can be restored or the issue resolved according to platform requirements.
